Photo Guidelines
The quality of your final cutout depends heavily on the photo you provide. Follow these guidelines for the best result.
Resolution
Use the highest resolution photo available. For a life-size cutout (1800mm), we recommend a minimum of 2000px on the shortest side. Low-resolution phone screenshots will result in a blurry print.
Background
A plain or simple background makes it easier for our team to cut out your subject cleanly. Busy backgrounds can result in a longer artwork preparation time.
Lighting
Well-lit photos produce the best prints. Avoid heavily shadowed, backlit, or dark photos where possible.
Full Body vs Head Only
For life-size and mini cutouts, include the full body in the frame. For Giant Head cutouts, a head-and-shoulders portrait is ideal.
File Formats
We accept JPG, PNG, and HEIC files. If you have a professional RAW or TIFF file, even better.
