A clear, well-lit photo with your whole subject in frame works best — head to toe with a little room around the edges. Aim for 1500px or larger on the longest side so your cutout stays crisp at life size. Phone portrait-mode shots are great.
Yes! Our online Upload tool lets you remove the background with a one-click Magic Erase plus erase/restore brushes, then supply the finished cutout. Prefer to leave it to us? Skip the tool and our team will hand-cut it for free.
Always. Every order gets a free digital preview for your approval before anything goes to print — nothing is produced until you're happy.
We'll let you know if it may look soft at your chosen size and suggest a smaller option or a better photo. We never print something we wouldn't be proud of.
Yes — every cutout is hand-cut from the background by our team. We can also drop your subject onto a clean transparent or solid backdrop on request.
Sizing & Materials
Anything from 15cm desktop Mini Cutouts right up to 2.2m Event Standees. Life Size Cutouts run 120–200cm, Giant Heads 40–75cm, and Photo Props come in small/medium/large.
Foamboard is lightweight with a smooth matte finish — ideal indoors. Corflute is a tough fluted plastic that handles weather, knocks and travel. Acrylic is a premium high-gloss showpiece built to last. Compare them all on our Materials page.
Corflute or Acrylic. Both shrug off the elements, while Foamboard is best kept indoors.
You choose at checkout. Options include a fold-out Cardboard Strut, a reusable Steel Pro support, a tabletop Mini Strut, a Handle Stick for props, or no support if you're wall-mounting.

Standard production is 2–3 business days from proof approval. Need it faster? Add Express Production (24–48 hours) at checkout.

Yes, as long as it hasn't entered production. Since your proof must be approved first, there's plenty of time to make changes.

Cutouts are shipped flat and well-protected with rigid backing and edge protection so they arrive in perfect shape.
We focus on Australia, but for international orders reach out and we'll see what we can arrange.
Returns & Quality
Because every cutout is custom-made just for you, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if there's a fault on our end, we'll remake or refund it — no fuss.
Send us a photo within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement straight away. Damaged-in-transit is on us.
