How It Works
Getting your custom cutout is simple. Here is how the process works from order to delivery.
Step 1 — Choose Your Product & Size
Select the product type (Life Size Cutout, Giant Head, Mini Cutout, etc.), choose your size and material, and add any extras like a stand or lamination.
Step 2 — Upload Your Photo
Upload a clear, high-resolution photo. The better the photo quality, the better your cutout. We will let you know if there are any issues with your image.
Step 3 — Artwork Proof
Our team prepares a digital artwork proof and sends it to you for approval. Review it carefully — this is your chance to request adjustments before production begins.
Step 4 — Approve & We Produce
Once you approve the artwork, we print, cut, and finish your product. Production takes 3–5 business days.
Step 5 — Delivered to Your Door
Your cutout is carefully packaged and shipped Australia-wide with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once dispatched.
