1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Cutout Kings (cutoutkings.com.au), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Custom Products
All products are custom-made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled after the artwork proof has been approved. See our Refund Policy for full details.
3. Photo Submission
By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use the image for this purpose. You grant Cutout Kings a non-exclusive licence to reproduce the image for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without explicit written consent.
4. Artwork Approval
A digital artwork proof will be provided before production. You are responsible for checking the proof carefully before approving. Cutout Kings is not liable for errors that are present in the approved proof.
5. Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your order is charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All Cutout Kings branding, website content, and design assets are the property of Cutout Kings. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
