Shipping Information
All Cutout Kings products are custom-made to order in Australia. Production and shipping times are outlined below.
Production Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for production after your artwork is approved. Rush orders may be available — contact us to discuss.
Delivery
We ship Australia-wide via tracked courier. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 4–7 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Large standees (over 1200mm) may incur additional freight charges due to their size.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
